- (1)To advice about tax consultations are limited the general level. Some questions may be too complicated to provide answers for in 30 minutes.
Consultation time is 30 minutes. Please refrain from asking same tax matters several times.

- Advice about tax consultation services are limited to the general level. Therefore, CPTA is unable to provide specific services such as preparing documents.
In addition,free consultations are limited to 30 minutes in order to meet demand.
Please note that CPTA might not be able to answer all of your questions due to a shortage of time, data, and so on. - In case of filing a tax return, contract,registration and others under Free Tax Consultation Service, we highly recommend that you ask CPTA for advice while preparing all the necessary documents.
